In order to check and document the achieved manufacturing quality of the individual parts and assemblies manufactured by us or of components provided by us, we use the most modern measuring technology.
In our measuring room, we create complete initial test sample reports for you for your prototypes and series parts through selective target-performance comparisons. Using the same procedure, we generate contour-accurate CAD-Data from 3D objects (e.g. master models, design models) by semi-automatic reverse engineering (return of the measured object to a CAD model).
Of course, we also create the necessary fixtures and jigs, which are necessary to mount the parts to be measured in the correct position.
A fast and clear evaluation and preparation of the measurement data is a matter of course for us. We offer you a wide range of options, from a global overview with 3D color plot to tabular evaluation.
